These terms govern your use of emonhossain.pro and the services provided by EMON HOSSAIN ("I", "me", "my").
1. Services
Services are described on the Services page. Each engagement is governed by a separate statement of work agreed upon before work begins.
2. Payment
Payment terms are specified per engagement. Payments are processed via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the delivered systems and code. I retain the right to display delivered work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." I am not liable for damages arising from use of the delivered systems beyond the total fee paid for the specific engagement.
